We are Here for You
Our dental practice is entirely geared toward making your every visit as convenient and comfortable as possible. Our goal is to make your initial consultation so pleasant, you can’t wait to return and become a regular patient. We invite you to print and complete your new patient forms at home. If you cannot print them at home, please call our office and we will be happy to mail or fax them to you. Please bring the completed forms into our office the day of your first appointment. One of our helpful staff members will go over your forms and speak with you about why you are seeking a consultation, answering any questions you have along the way.
New Patient Forms
We have made our new patient forms available to you as Adobe Acrobat files. For your convenience, we recommend printing and completing these forms at home.
Please remember to bring your completed forms with you for your first appointment. If you have any problem getting these files to print properly, please call our Northern Kentucky dental office and we will gladly send or fax them to you.
Insurance and Payments
Dr. Henry accepts Visa, Discover, MasterCard, cash, and checks. She also accepts many major dental plans, including Dental Care Plus. To find out if she is a provider for your plan, contact our office. Our experienced team excels at communicating with insurance companies to help maximize your benefits, and we will happily file your claims for you. We are also happy to answer your questions and explain your dental coverage. Just be sure to bring your insurance card with you to every appointment and let us know if your dental plan changes.
Your Examination
Your first consultation begins with Dr. Henry discussing your medical and dental history with you, asking further questions to ensure she has a complete picture of your overall health. Next, she will meticulously examine your mouth for signs of tooth decay, gum disease, or other oral health issues. She will also conduct an oral cancer screening, which she performs at every six month checkup as well. Priding herself on using the most advanced dental technology, Dr. Henry will also take digital X-rays and may photograph your teeth and gums with an intraoral camera to obtain a complete picture of your oral health. These digital images are sent to our computer, where your northern Kentucky dentist can immediately view them and save them to your electronic chart. After your examination, Dr. Henry will discuss her findings with you, answering your questions and outlining treatment recommendations.
A Safe and Clean Environment
Dr. Henry and her exceptional staff go out of their way to provide a safe, sterile, comfortable environment for patients. To ensure your safety, we follow CDC and OSHA guidelines to prevent the spread of infection, which includes using disposable products when possible, sterilizing instruments in an autoclave, and sterilizing treatment rooms between patients. We especially keep your safety in mind when choosing technology for our dental office. In addition to our compassionate staff and Dr. Henry’s gentle demeanor, we offer those personal little touches to help you feel at ease from the time you enter our office until the time you leave.
